You'll primarily focus on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing various machines, helping us meet and exceed production goals. Responsibilities and Activities Performs routine and preventative maintenance on a variety of manufacturing equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Diagnoses and troubleshoots mechanical and electrical issues, promptly addressing "red lights" and other machine stoppages to minimize production interruptions. Conducts machine setups for production operations, ensuring equipment is ready for use. Relocation is available for qualified candidates. The Industrial and Building Maintenance Technician is a key role in getting the plant ready for operations. The Industrial and Building Maintenance Technician supports building maintenance activities, equipment build, as well as the production activities concerned with design, construction, modification, and maintenance of the production line equipment and machinery. This role inspects and repairs machinery and equipment based on operating parameters. Your main duties and responsibilities as an Industrial and Building Maintenance Technician: Analyzes mechanical and operational problems on assigned equipment, plans for, and takes corrective action. Make necessary corrections and run adjustments to maintain maximum production and quality. Performs basic mechanical and structural building maintenance. Tests newly installed or refurbished equipment to ensure fulfillment to specification and safety. Immediately respond to maintenance issues when production has stopped due to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic or hydraulic problems. Performs preventive maintenance on equipment to reduce downtime.
