Creates/designs program appropriate sets and lighting. Builds and maintains a variety of sets and props.
Performs preventative and minor equipment maintenance.
Strives continually to promote the safety, health and comfort of students and employees in the performance of duties.
Drives District vehicles to and from work sites; obeys all traffic laws.
Follows established safety procedures and techniques to perform job duties.
Maintains confidentiality. Maintains a high level of ethical behavior as is expected of all District employees.
Maintains professional growth by attending in-service and meetings as requested/required.
Performs any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Director.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A WATER MAINTENANCE TEHNICIAN
As a Water MaintenanceTechnician, you spend your day involves maintaining grounds and landscaping, responding to customer complaints, transporting sludge, assisting other crews, performing equipment and vehicle maintenance and repair. Your work typically is to perform manual labor duties related to the repair, maintenance, and construction of many City structures. Your job is essential to the city, and you often operate construction related equipment that will assist in maintaining grounds and landscaping. You are constantly on your toes and ready for any new and unexpected challenges that may arise in the city. This can include assisting with traffic control direction, set up traffic signs, cones and utilize flags to manually direct traffic. When you are not out in the city, you generally participate in maintaining facility's landscape and overall structure. You enjoy being helpful and have no problem providing assistance and support to other divisions within the department as needed. SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
The MaintenanceTechnician, Electrical, conducts daily electrical maintenance execution activities, ensuring safe, quality work practices are maintained while maximizing availability of equipment across the facility. This position is located in Brownsville, TX.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Demonstrate a proactive safety attitude at all times and strictly follow NextDecade Life Saving Rules and permitting processes.
* Lead by example in promoting a positive safety culture of compliance and continuous improvement across Apprentices, Contractors, and peers.
* Engage and communicate effectively with Engineering, Operations, Safety, Procurement, Training, Planning, and Vendors, reinforcing a strong One-Team approach.
* Support the development, review, and execution of preventative and corrective maintenance plans.
* Review maintenance documentation, including Work Instructions, Job Safety Analyses (JSA), Permits, and assist with red-lining updates to technical documents.
* Perform and participate in electrical maintenance execution activities, including breakdown, corrective, and preventive maintenance.
* Provide electrical maintenance support during Turnarounds as required.
* Fulfill Permit Holder responsibilities in accordance with RGLNG's Permit to Work (PTW) process.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
* High school diploma or GED.
* Minimum 5+ years of hydrocarbon or petrochemical facility experience in an electrical maintenance execution role.
* Licensed Electrician in Texas (or ability to obtain via TDLR).
* Current Low Voltage Rescue and Resuscitation certificate.
* Qualification or competency aligned to NEC Electrical Equipment in Hazardous Areas (EEHA) inspections and repairs.
* Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and documentation (P&IDs, Isometrics, GAs, Logic Diagrams, Control Narratives, C&E Matrices, Loop/Wiring diagrams).
* Experience in testing and inspecting Safety Critical Elements (SCE) and ensuring statutory and federal compliance.
* Experience with CMMS systems (SAP or similar).
* Skilled in red-lining critical maintenance procedures and working within an MOC process.
* Experience in maintenance activities during Turnarounds.
* Hands-on experience with electrical equipment in hazardous areas, fault finding, lighting, MCC maintenance, UPS/back-up systems, LV systems, and High/Medium Voltage systems.

Position Information
We are seeking a Maintenance Worker III, under general supervision, to maintain buildings and equipment for assigned department.
Responsibilities:
Performs maintenance and repair for facilities (building, electrical and/or HVAC) and equipment (including air compressors, vacuum pump, heating and cooling systems, greenhouse controls panels, lights, vent-a-hoods, growth chambers, and cold room); assists in preparing floors and occasionally replaces broken or missing tile

Responsibilities
+ Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Facility Technician Counter will be responsible for the accurate accounting and transportation and deposit of monies secured from coin operated machines. SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
The MaintenanceTechnician, Electrical, conducts daily electrical maintenance execution activities, ensuring safe, quality work practices are maintained while maximizing availability of equipment across the facility. This position is located in Brownsville, TX.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
