The Engineer, Level 1, is responsible for ensuring that the property is maintained in the best possible condition at all times with the least amount of inconvenience to customers and employees.
Responsibilities:
Make repairs to hotel air conditioning system: change filters, clean coils, replace motors.
Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment (i.e. boilers, chillers, HVAC-Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning, electrical, etc.).
Take required readings on equipment.
Test cooling tower and record readings.
Replace and program televisions as needed.

Perform furniture repair.
Replace and repair pumps.

Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field required.

Job DescriptionOur client is seeking a dependable Warehouse & Material Handling Associate with prior forklift experience / certification to support daily receiving, storage, and material handling operations. This role involves loading/unloading trucks, moving materials throughout the facility, documenting incoming goods, and maintaining an organized work area while following strict compliance guidelines.
**This job is not accessible by public transportation**
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm
Pay Rate: 22-24 / hour to start
Key Responsibilities
Load and unload trucks
Store, deliver, and move materials using carts, hand trucks, and forklifts
Charge forklifts and electric jacks daily
Tag, label, receive, weigh, and document materials accurately in the system
Perform weekly scale checks and maintain a clean work area
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Reliable transportation (Location is not accessible by public transportation)
Ability to complete pre-employment drug screen and background check
Forklift experience required
1+ year experience in shipping or warehouse work preferred
