As a Roof Maxx Technician, you'll be responsible for applying the Roof Maxx soy-based roof rejuvenation treatment to asphalt shingle roofs. You'll play an important part in helping customers extend the life of their roofs, reduce waste, and contribute to sustainable roofing solutions. This role involves hands-on fieldwork, teamwork, and customer interaction. Responsibilities: Safely transport, set up, and operate RoofMaxx spray and cleaning equipment. Prepare roofs for application by cleaning, blowing off debris, and making minor repairs. Apply RoofMaxx treatment evenly and efficiently, following manufacturer and company procedures. Maintain a clean and safe work environment on job sites. Document project details and progress using the company CRM. (Acculynx) Communicate with the production team and customers to ensure satisfaction and efficiency. Track and report time, materials, and job notes accurately. Attend ongoing safety and skill training sessions. Assist with other roofing and maintenance tasks as needed. Qualifications: Must be 18 years or older. Comfortable working at heights and on roofs in varying conditions. Experience with small equipment (compressors, sprayers, drills, etc.) preferred. Valid Nevada driver's license preferred. Job Summary: It is the primary responsibility of the Facilities Technician to perform preventive and ongoing maintenance of The Federal Hotel and back of house areas within the property, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, heating and cooling, and other building systems. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental policies, practices and procedures as well as applicable OSHA Safety Guidelines as required by law. Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour Minimum Qualifications: The team member in this role will have to have the ability to multitask while providing excellent care to our building and the equipment attached. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who loves taking things apart and putting them back together while taking pride in the facility as a whole. Must be at least 21 years of age or older. Must have at least 2 years of general maintenance experience, and at least 2-5 years of specialized experience in plumbing, HVAC, dry wall repair, basic and/or advanced electrical and carpentry skills, or other specialized experience in facilities maintenance. OSHA 10 Certification. Ability to demonstrate basic computer skills. Assist in safety inspections as needed and or as directed by the Safety Committee. Ability to pay close attention while working. Process and complete assigned work orders by other team members and department heads as needed. Run preventative maintenance tasks on all machines and equipment assigned. Troubleshoot issues to determine necessary repairs while prioritizing work. Perform general repairs including but not limited too: repairing drywall, painting, repairing doors and other building fixtures. Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance. Requires reading and writing daily logs, J.S. A. reports, Lock Out Tag Out. Will be required to use A-Frame Ladders safely around guests. Replace lighting fixtures and bulbs as needed to ensure constant and correct lighting is achieved throughout the property. Cleans and assists with upkeep of the property as needed. Act as a backup to housekeeping and porters in the event of major spills or clean up situations. Evaluate operational systems and facility infrastructure to ascertain and submit proposals and ideas to improve operational efficiencies. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment ranging from but not limited too heating and cooling systems, refrigeration and restaurant equipment, and electrical panels. The Facility Technician functions as part of the Facilities Engineering team providing building maintenance services to Renown Health. The majority of this job is hands-on equipment preventive and corrective maintenance on a broad array of buildings and systems equipment. This position is responsible for first response to minor trouble calls from various departments. This person may also be required to assist as a helper for journeyman-level trades. Nature and Scope This position is responsible for providing the highest level of service and maintenance to assigned facilities. Service is defined as responding to customer concerns as rapidly as possible and investigating specific conditions and applying adjustments and repairs as needed. Maintenance is defined as overseeing a sight specific Preventative Maintenance program and administering the program to minimize downtime and maximize customer satisfaction. Reports to the Supervisor any systems or problems requiring journeyman or contractor repair. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: 1. Adopts a philosophy consistent with the Renown Health Standards of Conduct. 2. Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, allowing for repairs or adjustments of most systems up to and including relocating/replacing thermostats, changing filters, replacing relays or fuses in various Roof Top Units. 3.
