In coordination with the Maintenance staff, monitors building (lighting, HVAC, etc.) and grounds (irrigation) systems for continuing functionality and proactively implements updates, replaces equipment etc. to ensure smooth operation of all systems. Provides support to the Maintenance department on infrastructure installation projects by physical support, recommending equipment purchases, maintaining up-to-date documentation, and other tasks as required. Responsibilities extend to troubleshooting, isolating and performing the necessary repairs on defective equipment in the network. Perform installation and assist with maintenance functions. Information Technology (IT) services, battery testing, carrier systems and assisting with non-regulated equipment.
