Move, stack, wrap, and replace pallets on robot. Bag packets into bags utilizing appropriate equipment/machinery. Perform accurate hand-counting of packets. Complete housekeeping duties regularly, following standard operating procedures and operational needs including but not limited to: sweeping, squeegeeing floors, cleaning process equipment, etc. Report waste and scrap materials in an accurate and timely manner. Verify that all materials match the specifications outlined in work orders. Labeling containers to meet customer specifications and federal regulations. Supervisory Responsibilities: No formal supervisory role. Education and Experience Requirements: This position prefers a high school diploma/GED. 3+ years of chemical production experience or the equivalent of training and experience. 3+ years manufacturing equipment operation experience. We are currently looking for a full time Facilities Maintenance Technician. This position is responsible for the Facility Coordination and Maintenance of the Southside Processing Plant and all Southside Market and Barbeque restaurants. Under the direction of the Director of Facilities, the Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing a wide range of vendor supervision, preventative maintenance, and repair tasks to maintain the good condition and functionality of the buildings, equipment, and grounds for the plant and all restaurants. The facilities department is based out of Elgin, TX, with regular travel to our five locations in Central Texas as projects require. PROPERTY HANDYMAN - San Marcos, TX Salary: $21.00 per hour + benefits, including company matching 401k. The Handyman is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, repair, and efficient operation of all building systems and equipment as it relates to specific projects to which the Tech is assigned. The Handyman will coordinate and complete all requested work, assign priorities, and follow up on completion. In addition, assist with all aspects of REAC, Housing Choice Voucher, PBV inspections and all other inspections and walkthroughs within our portfolio. Classification: Non-exempt (overtime eligible).
