Job Duties
Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair Crown and all other makes of lift trucks.

Minimum Qualifications

ICL is accepting Single Craft Mechanics candidates currently, with the expectations becoming Dual Craft of 18 to 24 months from hire date. Dual craft hire will receive premium compensation.
Single Craft Starting Pay Rate: $39.29/ hour
Dual Craft Starting Pay Rate: $40.58/ hour
Work Schedule:
* 8-week rotation - 6 weeks on day shift (Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM with a paid lunch), followed by 2 weeks of an off shift rotation.
* Every 8 weeks, you will receive 4 consecutive days off prior to starting your third shift rotation.
* Overtime is paid after 8 hours per day, with opportunities to volunteer for additional hours.

Responsibilities:
Performs assigned rudimentary preventative maintenance work.
Demonstrates ability to follow procedures directed by work orders or higher-level technicians to conduct rudimentary troubleshooting preventative maintenance and repair according to MWN standards ensuring all instructions are followed and that each step is fully executed.
Troubleshoot and repair all electrical and mechanical problems on all equipment and make the necessary repairs.
May be on call for breakdowns, including nights and weekends.
Must maintain a clean and organized maintenance area.
Software skills, including use of Microsoft Office software and web-based applications and must maintain accurate maintenance records.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED is required.
2+ years of industrial maintenance experience or equivalent technical education.
Ability to troubleshoot both mechanical and electrical issues and solve problems.
Ability to read and troubleshoot low voltage using electrical schematics.
Ability to perform basic electrical work, including, but not limited to, changing out motors, troubleshooting machine faults, and running wiring
Ability to be on call for nights and weekends.
Verbal and written communication skills necessary to communicate with immediate management.
Time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills necessary to work in a fast-paced environment, handling various tasks and changing priorities, while maintaining a high attention to detail and accuracy to achieve daily assignments and goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
Vocational or Technical School
Basic knowledge of PLC's
Physical Requirements:
Frequent lifting, climbing, crouching, squatting bending and kneeling.
Ability to climb ladders, bend, crawl into tight spaces.
