We have a need for a full-time Building Maintenance Technician. This position has a 40 hour work week, and salary is commensurate with experience. The candidate should be experienced, dependable, and hard working. Responsibilities: Office build-outs (demo, wall construction, drywall, ceiling tiles, painting, etc) Maintain HVAC and plumbing systems to ensure functionality Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, repair furniture, etc) Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and ballasts) Respond to tenant reports of mechanical or maintenance issues as directed by Property Manager Work with tools and supplies necessary to complete projects Maintain corporate safety procedures For consideration, please submit a resume.
