Maintain and troubleshoot combustion systems, including gas trains, automatic control valves, and other gas-fired equipment. Understand, maintain, and repair process control loops. Assess equipment condition; plan and coordinate repairs and machine downtime with production leadership. Proactively requisition parts and materials to support continuous plant operations. Perform preventive maintenance as scheduled and as needed; document work performed. Communicate maintenance issues across shifts to ensure continuity of operations; read and record notes in Maintenance and Production logbooks. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area; ensure tools, equipment, and supplies are properly stored throughout the shift and before breaks, meals, and end-of-day. Demonstrate reliability by arriving on time and working required hours, including mandatory overtime; provide occasional shift coverage as needed. Perform other duties and projects as assigned. Perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer lift trucks. Maintain a service van and its inventory. Process paperwork after completion of each job. Minimum Qualifications Less than 2 years related experience High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to safely operate lift trucks.
