In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, troubleshooting, and maintaining products. This includes performing calibrations, upgrades, and service operations while ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards. You will also provide technical support to customers and collaborate with internal teams to improve service processes. Key Responsibilities: Conduct diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of Teledyne FLIR's premium solutions products. Perform set-up, calibration, and testing of products and accessories. Develop and document repair and maintenance procedures following ISO 9001 standards. Assist Engineering in new product implementation and system upgrades by providing detailed product feedback. Provide phone and email troubleshooting support to customers and internal teams. Train other technicians in product handling, assembly, and testing procedures. Maintain accurate service records and update related documentation as needed. Cultivate positive working relationships with customers and team members. Take initiative in problem-solving and process improvements within the service team. Carry out other duties as assigned, including temporary assignments to different product lines or departments. Qualifications & Skills: Strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills. Proficiency with electronic test equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, digital voltmeters, signal generators). Degree in electronics or relevant experience in the field preferred. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to effectively support customers and team members. Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
