Complete work orders and PMs ensuring all performed work is logged into the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) (APSM) daily. Operate, maintain and troubleshoot ammonia refrigeration compressors, condensers, pumps, vessels, re-circulators, purgers, evaporators, valves, etc. All other relevant duties to the job. RETA 1, or equivalent industrial ammonia refrigeration training such as Stellar, Frick, Lanier/GCAP, or employer training program 1+ year experience operating and maintaining Ammonia Refrigeration systems required. 1+ year experience with electrical low and high voltage circuits required. Strong math skills and technically savvy.

Perform other duties as assigned by leadership. Qualifications What we're looking for: High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Two-year technical degree in an appropriate background is preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age. Valid driver's license and a safe driving record are required. Knowledgeable in maintenance equipment. Minimum of 6 months' work experience repairing industrial processing equipment in a production environment is required. Applicable military experience will be considered. Must pass UniFirst's maintenance knowledge assessment test to be eligible for employment. Ability to read blueprints and schematics is required. Ability to read and understand maintenance literature printed in English is required. Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills is required. Truck Chassis Assembler Install chassis mounted tank and pumping equipment for use in the liquid waste industry. Most common uses for the trucks are portable toilet service, septic service, waste oil collection. Most common installations include the mounting of a vacuum tank to the truck chassis with various types of mounting brackets. The vacuum pumping systems are generally power take off driven or hydraulic driven and are bolted to the truck frame. Water delivery systems are generally 12V electric driven, along with work lights, back up cameras, and other various safety systems. All legal lighting and bumpers must also be installed. General Skills Needed: General knowledge of 12 volt electrical systems and wiring installation Ability to read wiring diagrams and blue prints Ability to use measuring devices like a tape measure, levels and micrometer Ability to use power tools like, drills, saws, air tools, etc. Light welding, cutting & metal fabrication General mechanical knowledge Ability to safely operate lifting equipment like hoists and lift trucks Ability to read installation manuals for a variety of truck equipment and install them as per instructions PTO installation skills are a plus Hydraulic experience is a plus A Good work ethic and an eagerness to learn are a must. The Building Maintenance Associate is responsible for performing a variety of skilled duties in one or more of the building trades, such as painting, carpentry, minor electrical, cement masonry, dry wall or other recognized crafts for the purpose of maintaining, repairing buildings and facilities. This role may also perform certain preventative maintenance functions on material handling equipment and occasionally must work between both locations. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Constructs and repairs structural woodwork and equipment; works from blueprints, drawings, or oral instructions. Builds, repairs, and installs counters, cabinets, benches, partitions, floors, doors, building framework, and trim; uses carpenter's hand tools and power tools. Installs glass in windows, doors, and partitions; replaces damaged ceiling tile, floor tile, and sheet plastic wall coverings. Prepares and paints walls and woodwork or performs other types of refinish; installs or repairs carpet; performs custodial duties as required. Assists as directed in the operation and maintenance of mechanical systems, such as plumbing, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, steam system, automatic temperature control, electrical; pool filtration and ozone system, operates forklift or blower or other similar equipment as needed. May train staff on warehouse cleaning responsibilities. Performs preventive maintenance on equipment and maintain accurate records of preventative maintenance schedules. May be responsible for maintaining equipment warranties and maintenance agreements for machinery and equipment. Ensures all work is performed with strict adherence to communicated safety protocols and manufacturer's specifications. Performs other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: College diploma in an applicable field required, trade certificate an asset. 2 to 4 years of related experience in related industry or area. Demonstrated problem solving abilities in order to troubleshoot equipment and maintenance issues. Demonstrated accountability for quality, accuracy and adherence to work instructions. Work occasionally requires creative or innovative thinking, problem solving, or idea generation in carrying out duties. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with peers within a work area or to interact with customers or suppliers, involving common courtesy. Knowledge and hands-on application of the following is required: construction practices and procedures, maintenance and repair work, rough and finished carpentry techniques, material handling equipment and their use. WORKING CONDITIONS: Work is performed in a warehouse environment with exposure to: (a) fluctuating heat and cold temperatures; (b) some noise associated with forklifts and other power equipment; (c) some electrical hazards; and (d) WHMIS chemicals. PPE safety equipment must be worn and precautions exercised. Position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly throughout an 8-hourshift. Duties may require a moderate level of sustained visual attention for periods of time and moderate manual dexterity on a regular basis.
