Key Responsibilities: Conduct diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of Teledyne FLIR's premium solutions products. Perform set-up, calibration, and testing of products and accessories. Develop and document repair and maintenance procedures following ISO 9001 standards. Assist Engineering in new product implementation and system upgrades by providing detailed product feedback. Provide phone and email troubleshooting support to customers and internal teams. Train other technicians in product handling, assembly, and testing procedures. Maintain accurate service records and update related documentation as needed. Cultivate positive working relationships with customers and team members.
