Your Responsibilities:
Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production and processing equipment.
Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production and processing equipment.
Perform routine filter inspection and changes to dust collectors.
Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and adjust.
Keep detailed records utilizing company CMMS.
Manage parts inventory, ordering, restocking supplies and critical parts.
Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
Daily inspections of production and process equipment.
Follow all applicable SOP's.
Follow all applicable company plant and safety rules.

Your Profile:
High School Diploma.
BOCES or Technical school a plus.
Experience with computerized maintenance management software.

3+ years maintenance experience. Must be familiar with the general maintenance and repair of automated equipment, electrical controls and mechanical systems.
Must have general knowledge and skills to perform basic mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work.
