Minimum Qualifications:
* Must have a valid driver's license.
* Must pass a level 2 background check if selected.
* Must have working knowledge necessary to accomplish routine marine equipment repair.
* Must be able to work on marine, land based mechanical and electrical/electronic equipment.
* Must be able to diagnosis and repair a wide variety of electronic, electrical and mechanical equipment.
* Must possess computer and administrative skills to complete reports in a timely manner.
* Must be able to travel at short notice and possibly for an extended period of time.
* Must be able to operate vessels from 16-36 feet.
* Must have at least 2 years' experience working at a retail or government marine repair facility as a mechanic.
* Must have received formal training from at least two of the following manufacturers (BRP, Mercury, Yamaha, Suzuki or Honda).

Job Duties
* Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair Crown and all other makes of lift trucks.
* Perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer lift trucks.
* Maintain a service van and its inventory.
* Process paperwork after completion of each job.
Minimum Qualifications
* Less than 2 years related experience
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to safely operate lift trucks.
Preferred Qualifications
* Good mechanical and electrical aptitudes, knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and hydraulics and internal combustion engines, and the ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics.
* Good written/verbal communication and customer care skills.
* Technical degree, previous lift truck repair, welding experience, and knowledge of various types of testing equipment preferred.

* Industry related training is preferred
