Ability to determine root cause of equipment failure and think through operations and functions of new equipment, including researching and interpreting equipment documentation and schematics. Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and electrical schematics. Familiar with diagnosing failed motors, contactors, capacitors, and common electrical components.
