The position is more of an industrial maintenance technician that will self-perform or assist other technicians with advanced repairs throughout the campus. The role works under minimal supervision and some contact with external suppliers and customers Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Intermediate understanding of PLC's, ability to access program for troubleshooting purposes (would not be expected to program PLC's) Troubleshoot and repair minor pneumatic and hydraulic problems Install, maintain, and repair electrical pumps, motors, heaters, piping systems, water systems, and steam systems Troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance and repairs on general manufacturing equipment such as starters, start/stop stations, motors (up to 480V) Experienced in programable firmware, AC and DC electrical systems, analog and digital display units.
