Responsibilities
Perform general building maintenance tasks as required

Water Management Equipment Technicians (WMETs) will report to the Director of Field Services and provide service and account management support for clients in a region. Water Management Equipment Technician services existing clients by taking water tests, maintaining equipment, and assisting in maintaining Comprehensive Water Management Programs by analyzing microbiological and water chemistry data and responding quickly, professionally, and accurately to client requests. WMETs may be asked to perform minor maintenance on water monitoring equipment, take on-site readings via testing instruments (i.e., chlorine, temperature, and pH readings), and collect building water samples to be sent to a lab for cultures. Responsibilities
Mows golf course to specification by using various types of mowing equipment.

Performs routine maintenance (e.g. clean, repair) on equipment and storage facility.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
18 years of age or older.
Able to work early hours beginning at 5:00a.m. - 6:00a.m., seven days a week required.
Able to operate motorized equipment required.
Knowledge of golf course etiquette and regulations required.
Able to perform heavy physical work for extended periods of time required.

Role Overview
The Facilities Technician is responsible for ensuring all Thrive Venture Groupowned Orangetheory Fitness studios operate safely, efficiently, and at the highest standard of cleanliness and functionality. Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular visits to all company-owned locations to assess repairs, safety, and overall facility condition (interior and exterior)
Perform routine preventative maintenance inspections on building systems and fitness equipment
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls, including after-hours situations as needed
Execute emergency and non-emergency repairs in a timely manner.
Manage and track facilities-related expenses while working within established budgets
Prepare facilities for seasonal and weather-related changes; proactively identify and address potential issues
Maintain familiarity with equipment and facility warranty specifications to ensure proper service and compliance
Collaborate closely with the Facilities Director to ensure all studios are operating at an optimal level.
Utilize internal platforms and systems to ensure repairs, communication, and documentation are organized, accurate, and timely
Communicate clearly and consistently; respond to emails, calls, and messages in a timely manner
Adapt to shifting studio needs and priorities in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment
Safely lift and move equipment and materials weighing up to 100 lbs

Sets-up and operates TIG, MIG. Arc welders and grinders to accomplish tasks.
Reads engineering drawings/blueprints and follows verbal instructions to accomplish maintenance tasks.
Sets-up and operates conventional machine tools and fabrication equipment to perform machining and fabricating operations on machined parts, stamping dies, component parts, miscellaneous tooling and inspection fixtures.
May attend die trials as requested.
Wears protective equipment (PPE) such as bump cap, steel toed boots, safety glasses, ear plugs, Kevlar sleeves and gloves as per policy.
Supports departmental safety goals and points out safety violations/unsafe acts.
Reports and injuries or unsafe conditions to the supervisor immediately.
Follows safety regulations and policies, including lock-out procedures.
Keeps work area clean and picked up at all times. Maintains tools, tool boxes and equipment. Practice 5S.
Reports and equipment repairs required to supervisor. Reports low inventory of supplies and component supplies to supervisor.
Responsible for practicing proper lifting techniques when doing physical lifting.
Reports to assigned Coordinator/Team Leader and is at work station at start of shift and abides within allotted times for meals and breaks. Notifies supervisor whenever leaving work station.

- Ensure all electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment in the data center operates at peak efficiency. - Perform planned preventative maintenance, daily corrective work, and emergency response for critical systems. - Serve as an expert technical resource, reporting to a program manager and interacting with Onsite Engineering Operations (OEO) and third-party vendors.
- Act as the main point of contact for all facility operations within the assigned data center.
