Your Challenges:
Primary Responsibilities:
Maintenance/Troubleshooting/Aircraft Inspections: 60%
* Perform maintenance and inspections utilizing airframe and power plant (A&P) license outside of certified repair station (CRS).
* Perform advanced troubleshooting to diagnose malfunctioning systems and components to determine corrective action required to assure safety and airworthiness of aircraft.

* Accomplish in-process and final inspections for maintenance, repair, modification, and rework of aircraft components and sub-assemblies. Lead Technician Responsibilities: 20%

On-Site Customer Support: 10%
* Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including highest level complex issues, identified by Airbus customers.

Documentation/Compliance: 10%
* Update applicable maintenance tracking program daily. Monitor and forecast for upcoming maintenance and assure timely compliance with inspections. Ensure compliance with production and repair station policies / procedures / forms and FAA Regulations.
* Research, compile and document all applicable maintenance for airframe, engine, accessories and components in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) approved regulations and company procedures. Ensure compliance with all applicable calendar/hourly inspections, life limited or cycle limited components, airworthiness directives and alert service bulletins. Document and return airframe, engine, accessories or components to service after maintenance, repair or modification. Review all 337s associated with the aircraft.
* Tracks and coordinates forecasted removals, repairs and material requirements for all TBO (Time between Overhaul) and SLL (Service Life Limit) assets.
* Compose and prepare all necessary Aircraft maintenance documentation in relation to qualifying the airworthiness or return to service of aircraft, engines, parts, components and systems.
* Perform aircraft mass and balance record calculations in accordance with AC 43.13-1B, chapter 10 in conjunction with applicable Aircraft Maintenance Manuals.

Sedron Technologies is hiring a talented Process Operations Technician in Casco, WI Founded in 2014 and headquartered in the Pacific Northwest, Sedron Technologies designs, manufactures, installs, and operates advanced water and waste upcycling technologies. With a focus on transforming the paradigm from waste processing to resource recovery, Sedron Technologies works with municipal, agricultural, and industrial customers to process their "waste" into climate-smart commodities through environmentally and financially sustainable methods.
The schedule will be rotating-four days on, four days off-and will repeat every 10 weeks. We have day shift (6am to 6pm) and night shift (6pm to 6am) available.
Because we design, build, commission, and operate our technologies, we are looking for an individual who can meet the following essential functions of the position:
* Accurately follow process instructions, health, environmental and safety regulations and protocols
* Oversee cold startup of plant equipment and processes through steady-state operation, as well as return plant equipment and processes to operating status following shutdowns, power outages, etc.
* Monitor process parameters (e.g. pressure, temperature, flow, levels) and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal operating conditions
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and enhance efficiency
* Keep work records and contribute to reports for regulatory and contractual compliance
* Identify and troubleshoot process deviations, equipment malfunctions, and safety concerns, escalating issues to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
* Collaborate effectively with other team members, including maintenance, quality control, engineering and supervisors.
* Enter, maintain, and extract information from various computer software programs such as the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
* Operate equipment such as cranes, forklifts, man lifts, and scissors lifts
* Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals; a certain degree of creativity and latitude is required; must be mechanically inclined

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
* Two or more years of experience in process operations, preferably in the fertilizer, chemical manufacturing, wastewater treatment or similar industrial setting

This position will require you to perform field inspections of government, commercial, industrial, manufacturing, and institutional properties. You will collect relevant information to help perform existing condition assessments, electrical one line documentation, arc flash studies, and to provide recommendations for critical power upgrades. The ideal candidate will be adaptive to working with all property types, and knowledgeable about a variety of electrical distribution systems. The successful candidate may also be expected help perform commissioning activities, construction verification, and field functional testing. Depending on project capacity, this candidate may also be expected to assist in limited mechanical design field verification.

Keep logs of tasks performed and maintenance calls.
Perform snow and trash removal

Must have a valid Driver's License and eligibility for enrollment on the resort's Motor Vehicle Insurance policy.

We are looking for a skilled individual to join our team as an HVAC Installer helper. The responsibilities of the HVAC helper include performing routine maintenance, replacing parts, and replacing HVAC systems with tools, materials, and supplies.
To be successful as an HVAC installation helper, you should have a base working knowledge of HVAC systems as well as the tools related to the installation, maintenance, and repair of these systems. Ultimately, a top-notch HVAC helper should be physically fit, good with their hands, and able to effectively follow instructions.

Job Description
National Power seeking for a dependable, detail-oriented AC Technician/Electrician to join our team in our southeastern U.S. region. Under the general direction of and reporting to the Electrical Field Manager, the Electrician will primarily be responsible for performing lead electrical work in the installation, alteration, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, fixtures, and equipment for National Power customers. The successful candidate will have the ability to independently assess the needs of a job based on schematics or blueprints but may also carry out assignments based on written and oral instructions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Install, repair, and service electrical systems
Source or fabricate replacement electrical components
Knowledge of the NEC and Interpret blueprints and carry out work accordingly
Guide and oversee other electricians as necessary
Obtain required equipment, tools, and materials for projects
Test and troubleshoot electrical systems
Provide assistance during emergencies
Update project records and prepare relevant documents and reports
Eligibility Requirements
Qualified candidates will possess the ability and willingness to do the following:
Travel up to 100% (up to 2 weeks)
Lift at least 75 lbs.
Push or pull cables up to 60 lbs.
Climb ladders up to 8 ft
Work/stand on ladders for long periods of time
Stand continuously
Frequently reach above, below, or at shoulder level
Frequently bend, twist, or stoop
Frequently crouch or squat
Be exposed to a central office/cable office environment with moderate noise levels and nominal variations in heat and cold
Education/Experience/Skills
High School Diploma / GED
Minimum of 6 years in Commercial. (Experience in the telecommunications industry a plus)
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive pay depending on previous experience and current certifications. Overtime is also a factor and is paid at 1.5 X base. We are a performance based company and pay will ultimately reflect the employee's productivity and overall performance.
Three weeks of paid vacation after 90 days (first year is pro-rated based on start date)
