Responsibilities: Under guidance of the Sr. Manager, Maintenance, this individual is primarily responsible for leading, coordinating and overseeing routine and non-routine maintenance / repairs of Fresenius Kabi process manufacturing equipment and utilities. Fresenius Kabi process manufacturing equipment includes but is not limited to primary and secondary fill/finish. The individual will need a high level of mechanical, electrical and controls knowledge, and experience in order to thoroughly assess any problems with the process equipment, identify root cause, make the necessary repairs and complete associated documentation. This individual will work across Fresenius Kabi departments (and associated department management) to coordinate maintenance activities within the master production schedule, work closely with Manufacturing personnel to obtain information needed to assess equipment problems, as well as coordinate and oversee the work of the Maintenance Mechanics. In addition, this individual will be responsible for establishing and maintaining necessary procedures required to perform routine preventive maintenance (PM). This individual will be responsible for identifying critical spare parts needed (and then maintaining those inventories in order to minimize equipment down time and maximize production efficiencies). Lastly, this individual will also be required to participate in cross functional teams utilizing root cause analysis tools to resolve product or equipment deviations, then implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions. Other essential functions this individual will need are as follows: Perform all activities in compliance with company cGMP and safety policies, procedures and practices. Assist in the departmental planning and development of preventive maintenance routines and associated schedules. Assist in executing the PM schedules to ensure peak productivity and highest quality possible. Assist in organizing and training of department personnel. Maintain a strong floor presence and enforce cGMP's, SOP's and company policies. Effectively communicate with Directors, Managers, Supervisors, peers and subordinates. Notify management if specifications cannot be met and/or quality or safety is being compromised. Review, document work completed by employees. Take ownership of department and responsibilities for all work being performed by self and subordinates. Conduct employee reviews. Monitor and request supplies, change parts and spare parts as needed, as well as identify and help maintain inventories of these critical spares. Ensure that all safety equipment is functional and that all employees practice proper safety and follow safety procedures. Exercise excellent technical, mechanical and control system aptitude / skills in order to accurately identify root causes for machine failures or break downs and the repair accordingly. Maintain production equipment at a high level of reliability. Ensure that Maintenance Mechanics maintain work areas in a neat, organized and uncluttered state. Effectively communicate and assist with troubleshooting of equipment and machinery with the Mechanics. Work on other projects as requested by management. Stay current with evolving plant technology. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering field or work related experience. Minimum 3 years direct experience as Maintenance Supervisor Experience in an aseptic manufacturing plant a definite plus. Candidates with experience in cosmetics, food, packaging or similar will be considered.

The Mail Services Technician is responsible for efficiently managing the mail and postal services for all campus and center locations. This role involves handling incoming and outgoing mail, sorting, distributing, and ensuring proper postage application. The Technician will also maintain databases, troubleshoot mail-related issues, and collaborate with various departments to update employee information. Additionally, they will be responsible for facilitating bulk mailings and maintaining the order of mail rooms across different district locations. This position reports to the Manager of Facilities, Kenosha Campus. RESPONSIBILITIES Mail Handling: Pick up and drop off all incoming and campus mail according to the route schedule. Sort incoming and outgoing US and campus mail and prepare for distribution. Calculate and apply postage for all college mail, ensuring appropriate postage discounts. Deliver Inter-campus packages as needed Bulk Mailings: Facilitate bulk mailings for the college, coordinating the process efficiently. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot returned, undeliverable, and missing mail/shipments. Process return mail/shipments incorrectly delivered to the college. Database Maintenance: Maintain a database of the global employee registry in collaboration with Human Resources and/or Marketing & Communications departments. Update employee information regularly to ensure accuracy. Mail Room Management: Maintain the order of mail rooms at each district location. Replenish supplies, manage staff and adjunct delivery systems/mailboxes, and ensure overall neatness. Postage Machines and Software: Update all postage machines as required. Utilize and maintain address verification software. Perform other duties as assigned.
