QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. REASONING ABILITY The Employee shall be able to isolate mechanical, including (pneumatic/hydraulic), and basic electrical problems and repair them within a reasonable amount of time. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Employee must be able to occasionally lift/carry 1-20 pounds and lifting 21-50 less often from the ground to waist height. This job requires some reaching, kneeling, squatting, and climbing stairs. Hand/wrist work including power grasping, pushing and pulling materials, walking and constantly standing on your feet all day. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. WORK ENVIRONMENT The Employee must wear protective eyewear and earplugs when using compressed air, use of power tools, and during many maintenance functions. There will be work will be inside the plant with some outside work, as well as on the roof, and in the ceiling inside the plant. The plant is chilly in the winter, and hot in the summer. The plant is generally clean of debris and clutter, but the manufacturing process generates a fair amount of corrugated dust. There are no hazardous materials inherent in the manufacturing process. The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
