Position Summary: Travel to store locations to provide a wide variety of gas maintenance repairs and services. Completes repairs on fuel dispensers, environmental monitoring systems, underground storage tank (UST) piping, and related equipment, including manways, spill buckets, concrete tank mats, drive mats, and gas islands. Conducts quality inspections on work performed by outside vendors. Carries a cell phone as required for emergency on-call services. Ensures that scheduled maintenance is performed on the service truck at required intervals. Responsible for maintaining tools and parts inventory assigned to the truck.
Responsibilities:
1. Perform fuel dispenser maintenance repairs and services
2. Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and repairs
3. Maintenance and repairs of environmental monitoring systems
4. Perform underground storage tank and product line repairs (STP/Crash Valves)
5. Complete electrical troubleshooting (AC/DC)
6. Perform fueling system troubleshooting (Electronic/hydraulic)
7. Acquire and maintain all certifications and licenses- (Fuel dispenser, weights and measures, etc., safety certifications)
8. Perform repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting with moderate assistance.
9. Additional duties and responsibilities as directed by the management team.

Minimum Education: High School or GED

The Lift Electrical Technician I completes industrial electronics control system maintenance, modifications, construction and inspections on lifts under the direction of the Lift Electrical Supervisor. SUMMARY
The Building Maintenance Technician is responsible for our necessary buildings' essential ongoing maintenance and repair. They are heavily involved in supporting the store's safe, smooth, and successful day-to-day operations. Duties can vary from day to day and are assigned via a Help Desk platform or at the request of management. The Building Maintenance Technician must have good knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, drywall installation, electrical, painting, and general building repair. They also will need to be adept at using a variety of hand and electrical tools. I want you to know that experience in construction and building maintenance and a degree or certification from a technical school will be beneficial in this role.
Pay: $18/HR Weekly Pay *** Higher Rates are Determined and Verified Through Previous Experience ***

RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform and ensure that all work orders are completed within the time allotted.
Assist with building rehabilitation within specified turnaround guidelines, including proficiency in special projects, i.e., drywall, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.
Perform preventive maintenance and inspection building.
Assist managers in daily duties, including correspondence with staff, customers, and vendors.
Ensure the property is maintained and in acceptable condition, including interiors, exteriors, and landscaping.
Stock and maintain shop area as needed.
Plans maintenance-related projects and oversees the completion
Resolves issues and answers questions related to work methods /processes
Schedules and performs repair tasks, including preventative and general maintenance
Completes related documentation
Inspects and maintains tools and equipment to ensure proper working order
May drive on company business
Performs other duties appropriate to the assignment
Prepare and submit all required reports and activities promptly and accurately.
Adhere to policies and procedures.
Requisition supplies and equipment needed for maintenance duties.
Knowledge of personal protective equipment (PPE) and the ability to use personal protective equipment (PPE).
Knowledge of blood-borne pathogens (BBP) and the ability to safely clean blood-borne pathogens (BBP).

What you will do as a Battery Technician: The Battery and Charger Technician troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains all types of industrial batteries and chargers. The Battery and Charger Technician performs routine maintenance and breakdown repair work in the field at customer sites. He/she prioritizes work orders, complies with safety incident reporting, and ensures all paperwork is submitted timely and accurately. The Battery and Charger Technician is responsible for providing excellent customer service and for maintaining company provided assets, including all work tools and vans. Job Duties:
Diagnoses and troubleshoots customer breakdowns; provides proper repairs to minimize equipment downtime and initiates estimates for repairs on site.
Calls for assistance if unable to diagnose or troubleshoot issues within one hour of being on site.
Performs routine scheduled maintenance including, but not limited to, standard inspections, repairing and replacing defective parts, and repairing charging equipment.
Operates all Wilson Barrett service and delivery vehicles in a safe manner and travels to all areas within our geographical region.
Reviews repair work and scheduled maintenance results with customers, communicating any potential issues. Completes work orders in full when applicable and tests performance prior to leaving customer site.
Palletizes batteries and chargers and makes ready for shipment either by common carrier or company vehicle in accordance with DOT regulations and company policies.
Checks in customer batteries and chargers when received in the shop. Takes initial voltage and specific gravity readings, initiating shop paperwork per standard procedures.
Removes, picks-up, delivers, and installs class 1, 2, and 3 batteries at customer locations. Properly fills out and return all transportation documents and paperwork.
Performs POWERCARE maintenance at customer locations in accordance with established procedures.
Assists Technician II and the Lead Technician with testing, repairs, and maintenance as directed.
Follows work order instructions, keeping accurate records of time and parts used on jobs.
Performs preventative maintenance repairs, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring supplies are stocked.
Ensures Wilson Barrett property is maintained to the company's 5S standards. The van is company property and any accidental damage should follow standard incident reporting procedures.
Ensures time cards are accurately maintained and that jobs are allocated properly with start and end times.
Responsible for field quoting and communicating services to customers.
Is responsible to utilize the Mobile Service application to close out the day, fill out work orders, obtain customer signatures, finalize jobs, and mark as complete.
Ensures work orders are fully completed with the following: job number, customer information (name and address), equipment (make, model number, serial number, hour meter), repair story (in the problem/cause/correction format), parts listing, and final customer signature (verifying completion).
Reports to Wilson Barrett shop on a consistent basis to replenish parts and finalize work orders.
Establishes consistent communication with the customer and keeps them informed of work status and any other pertinent account information.
Provides daily status updates to the dispatchers and reviews any customer issues or concerns with the dispatcher and supervisor.
Leads by example in promoting a safe workplace. Follows Wilson Barrett's core safety values and ensures basic safety standards are adhered to including SDS, PPE, JSAs, hot work permits, and customer safety rules.
Reports any safety violations or incidents to the dispatcher/supervisor immediately.
Maintains professionalism on the job at all times.
Is reliable and punctual in reporting to work as scheduled.
Performs other duties of a similar nature as required.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Vocational or technical certification preferred.
One year of experience in a service, mechanical, or electrical technician role preferred but not required.
Previous experience with computer diagnostics.
Ability to interpret and apply schematic diagrams preferred but not required.
Valid Driver's License and driving record acceptable to insurance company.
Ability to work independently and to effectively prioritize demands and execute tasks.
