Job Summary:

Essential Functions:
- Installs, repairs and performs preventative maintenance on industrial processing equipment, water levels, water systems and other equipment and systems.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
One year of related experience
Valid Virginia Driver's License and insurable under County's Policy.
Requires completion of National Incident Management System IS-700 and IS-100 within 90 days of employment.

Ability to safely operate grass cutting equipment;

Responsibilities
* Plan, schedule, and supervise the maintenance staff in the performance of their daily activities including: maintenance, installation and repairs, service requests, turns, cleaning of grounds and common areas.

Job Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Valid Virginia driver's license
Experience in facility maintenance required with basic knowledge of building trades, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.

Position Summary:
The incumbent is responsible for assisting in the overall upkeep, maintenance, and renovation of properties leased, owned, and/or operated by the HUD Board.
Supervision and Direction:
Under the supervision of the Facility Maintenance Worker, the incumbent performs tasks related to:
Preventive maintenance and repairs of building systems
Plumbing, electrical, and HVAC system upkeep
Immediate and emergency repair response and system breakdown coverage
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with routine and emergency maintenance of facilities
Conduct repairs in accordance with safety and regulatory standards
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and related expenditures using an established work order system
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations in all aspects of maintenance work
