Client is seeking a Service Technician for their manufacturing company in Acton, MA. This is a DIRECT HIRE position. The main responsibility is to lead the repairs and maintenance of machines by providing excellent customer support. Travel Requirements: 20% travel/year to customer locations in North America and Canada -Maintenance and repair of machines, specifically hydraulic machines -Troubleshooting and diagnosing machine errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions -Provide service and customer support on phone and on site -Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks by cooperating with the technical team -Providing professional customer support via phone and email
