Take ownership of problems: not just reporting them, but resolving them efficiently. Work proactively: when no active work order is pending, seek out preventive tasks, improvements, or solutions. The Test Technician is responsible for assembly, installation, testing, and repairing of electro/mechanical systems. This role encompasses production, customer returns, engineering development, data collection, and testing. Candidates must possess strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to the component level, and be adept in using hand/automated tools, setup/calibration/test equipment. Most work is individualized, requiring comfort with ownership of tasks and a quiet environment. The technology involves high-frequency operations. Work hours are 7 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Friday.
