About You Required * High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. * A minimum of 3 years of experience in the general facility, property maintenance, or golf club environment. Preferred * Experience in performing minor repairs, painting, plumbing, or other related maintenance tasks is highly valued. * Previous training in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and building maintenance. * Knowledge of and adherence to all OSHA regulations, electrical codes, and other compliance related facility maintenance.
