Maintain and repair all HVAC systems to include motors, controls, coils, lubrication, filters, belts, and all controls and wiring. * Interpret and apply blue print specifications, control diagrams and maintenance manuals. * Responding to and maintenance of fire alarm systems. * Welding, repair and fabrication of metals. * This position also covers operation of Heating Plant on a consistent basis.. * Maintain and repair all exterior area lighting. * Startup maintenance and shut down of all cooling towers and systems.
