Responsibilities:
The Fleet Team Lead's primary purpose is to oversee the Fleet Shop, Technicians and ensure completion of preventative maintenance on fleet vehicles and equipment including gas and diesel engines, hydraulic systems, air brakes, tankers, and trailers.
Skills Required:
· Mechanical Expert / Teacher
o Teach Diagnostic platforms to all mechanics
o Assist in major component repairs and replacements
o Will have the final call in the use of 3rd party repair.

Qualifications:
Ability maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement
· Ability to secure and maintain T4 (airbrake) certification within specified period
· Currently a Lead Tech or equivalent
· Proven success in the Lead Tech role
· Expert with Trimble and following all processes
· High level knowledge of all diagnostic systems
· Expert fleet mechanic with diesel, propane
· Ability to teach and hold accountable through quality coaching

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking Experienced Composite Fabrication Specialists (Level B or C) to assist with multiple areas of the 787 production system in North Charleston, South Carolina on a variable shift!
This role offers an exciting opportunity within a dynamic manufacturing assembly environment. Team members will leverage their prior experience, and the knowledge gained from training and certifications to complete daily assigned tasks effectively.
Individuals will be responsible for identifying their work locations on advanced airplanes, parts, and tooling by interpreting intricate drawings to accurately complete detailed work instructions. Primary Responsibilities:
Must have the ability to complete the New Hire Training Cycle Flow to obtain and maintain all required certifications.
Ability to adhere to high standards of safety and quality.
Comply with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and Boeing Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
Ensure your work conforms to engineering drawings and specifications, has First Pass Quality (FPQ) and is free from Foreign Object Debris.
Use computers and software applications in a production environment.
Look up, read, comprehend technical work instructions, drawings and/or specifications.
Wear appropriate protective clothing and equipment determined by the task you are performing.
Operate mechanical lifts of various types (e.g. ladders, tiger and snorkel lifts).
Use various hand tools.
Climbing/balancing (stairs, ladders, poles, scaffolding, inclined surfaces), Crawling, Crouching (squatting),
Working around energized sources (electrical equipment and hazards/shock, e.g. circuit breakers and wiring) and exposure to constant noise.
Finger manipulation (keyboarding, other).
Reading from a computer screen, printed drawings or documents.
Carrying and lifting up to 10-35 pounds
Flexion extension (head bent down, head bent back), handling, kneeling, bending at the waist, reaching (overhead), rotation of head/neck, standing, twisting at the waist and walking.
Experience with conventional material layup, precision measuring, power, pneumatic and hand tools
Ability to obtain CNC Experience.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
Ability to work a variable shift.

As a Valve Technician you are responsible for performing maintenance, assessment, repair and testing on various types of industrial valves. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Some of the exciting things you will do in this role...
Responsible for repair and testing of various valves, including but not limited to ball valves, gate valves, butterfly valves, safety relief valves, etc.
Perform disassembly, cleaning, inspection, measuring, reassembly and testing of valves at Flotech facilities and client locations.
Follow all schematics and documented procedures in accordance with all Quality Control and ASME National Board standards that apply to the job.
Thoroughly complete all calibration and documentation associated with testing and repairs.
Travel to job sites and adhere to all site safety and performance requirements.
Communicate timely updates to management, co-workers and customers to ensure timely and successful completion of job responsibilities.
Works closely with co-workers, management and safety coordinator to ensure compliance with OSHA and other safety regulations.
Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully; Develops alternative solutions; Works well in group problem solving situations; Uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics.

High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 2 years industrial valve repair experience, or equivalent number of years of education and experience.
Familiar with tools and machinery required to perform daily valve repair duties.
Experience with repairing various valves and actuators, whether pneumatic, hydraulic or electric.
Valid Driver's License.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
