The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and overseeing maintenance activities to ensure equipment and facility assets operate safely, reliably, and efficiently, while minimizing operational disruptions and associated costs. This role ensures safe work practices during installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of plant systems and equipment. The position oversees preventive and corrective maintenance across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, automation, HVAC, plumbing, structural systems, production machinery, boilers, and industrial refrigeration systems. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Ensure plant equipment is maintained in optimal operating condition to minimize production downtime and cost.
