Assist with daily building inspections, focusing on preventive maintenance to reduce future issues and costs. Complete and document all repairs and conditions of assets that received preventive care, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Goldmark standards. Collaborate with leadership and support teams as appropriate. Create goals, processes, and habits to foster personal growth and development. Participate in community initiatives and organizations. Experience and Education: Required: High School Diploma or GED. Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in advanced HVAC repair techniques. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to operate common office equipment, basic computer skills, and mobile devices. Must possess a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, acceptable driving record and meet company insurability requirements. Proficiency in English for reading, writing and verbal communication. Compliance with business needs and/or state, local and federal laws may dictate required certifications and licensures for a region or specific location. Preferred: Minimum of 3 years' experience in maintenance and operations of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC). Journeyman HVAC license. Minnesota low pressure boiler license.
