Minimum Qualifications

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A MAINTENANCE WORKER I - STREETS
As part of our Street Department, you will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance and repair of city streets and related infrastructure. Generally, your schedule will be daytime hours Monday through Friday, with required shifts during winter street clearing events.
Other duties and responsibilities include:
* Assisting with concrete removal and repair, including finishing concrete, patching asphalt and repairing sidewalks.
* Setting up safe work zones with your assigned crew.
* Operating a variety of equipment, including dump trucks, backhoes, concrete saws, street sweepers, and chain saws.
* Transporting equipment and supplies to and from job sites.
* Repairing damages caused by construction projects or snow removal.

Job Description
The Aircraft Maintenance Technician reports to the Aircraft Crew Chief for assignment of work scope tasks and is responsible for the efficient execution of the work scope tasks assigned. The AMT performs tasks as required by the work scope with efficiency and to quality standards and utilizes the applicable technical data relative to work performed including but not limited to maintenance and inspection, servicing and lubrication, troubleshooting, repair and modifications and fueling and de-fueling.
Ensure that you present yourself in a professional manner and appearance in a day to day contact with customers, guests and co-workers.
Perform tasks as required by the work scope with efficiency and to quality standards and utilize the applicable technical data relative to work performed including but not limited to: maintenance and inspection, servicing and lubrication, troubleshooting, repair and modifications, fueling and de-fueling.
Be thoroughly familiar with the Quality Control systems and procedures of the Repair Station/Quality Control Manual relative to the scope of the normally assigned duties
Perform at maximum efficiency by effective use of available resources
Possess a working knowledge of the Federal Aviation Regulations and in particular, CFR parts 43, 91, and 145; and 135 as required
Complete aircraft maintenance paperwork and forms in accordance with methods of execution outlined in the RSM/QCM
Support Aircraft Crew Chief with the shift turnover requirements as outlined in the RSM/QCM
Collaborate and cooperate with the Customer Project Supervisor to achieve the on time and on budget objectives of the work scope
Perform daily activities toward providing services and deliverables to the customer that meet and exceed customer satisfaction expectations
Maintain good housekeeping practices by utilizing a 5S system of sort, set in order, shine, standardize and sustain
Focus on Human Factors in the workplace and drive to zero defects in workmanship and safety
Observe and administer company rules and regulations and safety policy and standard operating procedures
Support the corporate mission and vision through achievement of department goals and objectives
May perform other duties as required
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
FAA Mechanic's Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant rating.
Minimum three (3) years experience in business jet maintenance environment, preferably on Falcon aircraft.
APU Operation qualified.
Demonstrated organizational and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Read and interpret aircraft diagrams, charts and schematics.
Lift up to 50 pounds.
Must not be allergic to fuels, oils, hydraulic fluids and cleaning solvents.
Work and bend in a confined work space.
Must have manual dexterity required for technician.
Must be able to repeatedly enter and exit aircraft using stationary steps/stairs.
Knowledgeable and experienced using computers and aircraft software.
FAA Inspection Authorization (Desired).
Successful completion of at least one (1) Falcon Initial Maintenance School (Desired).
Engine Run & Taxi qualified on business jet aircraft, preferably on Falcon aircraft (Desired).

The Machinist Mechanic role will focus on the set up, adjustment, and maintenance of assigned equipment with responsibility for production and quality on this equipment, and manufacture machine parts.
Essential Functions

Analyzes mechanical and operational problems on assigned equipment and plans for and takes corrective action. Makes necessary corrections and running adjustments to maintain maximum production and quality.
Reads and interprets blueprints to plan setup and operation of all types of machine shop machine tools.
Tests equipment to check operation. Clears jams and sets aside product for inspection and rework. Tries out equipment after repairs, changeovers or extended downtime.
Makes preventive maintenance check and inspection of assigned equipment, reports findings to supervisor and takes appropriate action.
Directs line operators in details of standard operating procedures.
Instructs and directs any maintenance trainees assigned.
Uses full range of precision measuring and gauging tools to perform inspection before start of job.
Performs repair, rebuilding or overhaul work of manufacturing or service equipment from blueprints, company manufacturing manuals, written or verbal instructions.
Starts up and shuts down equipment in line with company safety procedures for equipment under power and OSHA requirements.
Plans setup and operates typical machine shop machine tools, producing parts to tolerances and company specifications. Uses typical machinist's hand tools.
Sets up and tests production equipment under power, testing for mechanical difficulties, tracing to their sources and correcting problem.
May operate equipment during relief periods.
Performs product examination and rework when line is down due to causes beyond mechanic's control.
Keep work area clean and organized.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities
Ability to work independently.
Ability to use hand tools and trades type tools.
High attention to detail and care is required to prevent damage to complex machine tools.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to follow safety and quality procedures.
Required Qualifications
2 Year formal machine shop training, or 5 years' experience running multiple pieces of equipment in lieu of formal training.
Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with a strong desire to learn and contribute to the success of the organization.
This is a full-time position, on-site at the manufacturing facility. The hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm, 40 hours per week.
Work Environment/Physical Demands/Travel
This job operates in a warehouse/manufacturing setting where various tools and equipment are used. This role must be able to stand, bend, stoop, kneel and exhibit good visual acuity to perform daily tasks. This position must be able to lift 50 pounds at times. Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
