We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position works under the direction of the Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor to support the overall upkeep, functionality, and appearance of the property. This role plays a key part in maintaining a clean, safe, and well-kept environment that meets company standards and contributes to a positive resident experience. Responsibilities include assisting with routine maintenance tasks, landscaping efforts, repair work, and general property management to help attract and retain residents while ensuring the community remains in excellent condition. General Landscape and Maintenance Responsibilities: Maintain our outdoor facilities in a tour and event ready condition at all times Daily general repair, maintenance, and clean-up of all ranch areas, equipment, and facilities using hand and small power tools (drills, saws, sanders, etc.).
