Responsibilities Aircraft Maintenance Technician will perform maintenance services including mechanical inspections, screening, repairs and provide regular statuses to the Lead Technician. Clearly document service paperwork and FAA information as required and adhere to policies and procedures while complying with the company's information security standards. Ensuring compliance with all applicable rules and regulations. Performance Management: Responsible for developing and maintaining a high-level Team Member morale and dedication to serving customers. Responsible for coaching, mentoring, training, and development of Team Members. Give performance feedback as appropriate in a consistent and timely manner. Review, correct, and approve TM timecards through Jack Link's timekeeping tool to ensure Team Members are paid correctly for each pay-period.
