Inspect facilities during visits to identify existing conditions, proactive repair opportunities and safety issues. Ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and to manufacturer and company standards. Track, log, and close all work orders through the facilities ticketing system. Maintain records of warranties, maintenance logs, and service histories. Order and maintain inventory of tools, replacement parts, and supplies. Identify when specialized vendor support is required; source, schedule, and oversee vendors on-site. Coordinate and work with landlords on lease-covered repairs as needed. Basic knowledge of carpentry, flooring, painting, and light construction. Familiarity with Florida contractor licensing requirements for HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical work.
