Essential Job Functions: * Provide direct support to production team in a fast-paced environment through the measurement of parts and the adjustment of precision CNC machines.
* Maintain current manufacturing processes and standards, troubleshoot issues as they arise and drive to root cause, and identify improvement areas within the process
* Work hand-in-hand with the manufacturing engineer to make changes and improvements to ensure the safety, quality, production, and cost goals are being met
* Monitor tooling and conduct tooling tests with outside suppliers and manufacturing engineer
* Perform quality audits using standard inspection equipment to ensure parts meet print specifications
Basic Qualifications and Skills:
* Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years machine shop experience
* Understanding of component machining using CNC machining centers (mill and lathes) and component inspection using metrology equipment to control extremely tight tolerances (CMM, in-line gaging, surface plate, air gaging, etc.)
* Understanding of CNC programming for both milling and turning, G-Code and M-Code, machine tool setup and integration, tooling, macro-programming, fixture and gage design
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (experience with GD&T would be preferred)
* Strong problem solving and communication skills
* Experience with Lean production systems
* Works well in a team environment and has a servant leader mentality
Physical Demands:
Associates are frequently required to stand; walk; use hands and fingers, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The position can involve sitting, walking and lifting up to 40 pounds several times throughout the day. Job is performed standing all day. Job requires substantial movement/motion with regard to walking, bending, lifting, grasping and applying pressure to an object with the fingers and palms.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Ensure that all repairs are accomplished by approved methods and techniques and in accordance with the specifications set forth by the manufacturer in the service manuals, the Federal Aviation Regulations, service bulletins, and airworthiness directives and other data approved by the FAA administrator.
Responsible for planning and coordinating the activities of their shop or area, so as to minimize delays and increase production and efficiency.
Ensure that all work accomplished will be completed in strict accordance with the manufacturer's maintenance and repair instructions and TITLE 14 CFR part 43.
Exercise all reasonable care to protect all parts- sub assembles; major assembles and completed units against loss or damage.
Ensure that all applicable repair station forms utilized are properly completed.
Ensure good housekeeping rules are observed and that all shop-working areas are kept clean and orderly at all times.
Ensure that proper tools and equipment are available and those tools are maintained in serviceable condition and ensure that any tool which is found unserviceable for any reason will be removed from service. He will be responsible for good housekeeping and will ensure that housing and facilities and safety precautions are adequate.

Required to be thoroughly familiar with the requirements of the repair station manual, FAA Regulations, Airworthiness Directives and Advisory Circulars, Manufactures Service Letters/Bulletins and engineering orders.
Communicates with the maintenance lead technicians concerning progress of the assigned work.
Perform airframe and powerplant repairs, inspections and modifications.
Removal and disassembly of defective parts, assembly and installation of replacement parts and testing of system.
Interpret technical manuals, drawings and blueprints.

Maintenance Supervisor - Job DescriptionMajor Job Responsibility
To oversee and maintain all areas of the hotel in accordance with Sunridge standards by coordinating preventative maintenance, leading repair operations, and supervising the engineering team to ensure guest satisfaction, safety, and operational efficiency.
Job DutiesLeadership and Supervision
Supervises, trains, and schedules maintenance staff to ensure all assigned tasks are completed efficiently and to company standards.
Conducts regular team meetings and daily briefings to communicate priorities, safety updates, and upcoming projects.
Delegates maintenance assignments based on team members' skill sets and monitors progress for quality and timeliness.
Provides coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations for maintenance staff.
Ensures all team members adhere to Sunridge safety, appearance, and customer service standards.
Guest and Team Member Relations
Meets and exceeds guest and team member expectations by providing prompt, courteous, and professional service.
Responds quickly to guest and staff maintenance requests; ensures issues are resolved effectively and documented accurately.
Demonstrates teamwork by assisting other departments as needed and maintaining open communication with all hotel teams.
Handles difficult situations or guest complaints with professionalism and follow-through.
Preventative Maintenance and Repairs
Oversees and performs preventative maintenance throughout the property to maintain all rooms, public areas, and equipment in optimal condition.
Ensures daily preparation and completion of preventative maintenance assignments and checklists.
Conducts regular inspections of guest rooms, equipment, and facilities to identify and resolve maintenance needs.
Coordinates with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or major projects.
Performs hands-on maintenance tasks when necessary, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting work.
Safety and Compliance
Ensures compliance with hotel and brand safety standards, including proper use of tools, chemicals, and protective equipment.
Demonstrates familiarity with the hotel's life safety systems and responds appropriately to maintenance or operating issues that affect security or safety.
Maintains accurate records of safety checks, inspections, and incident reports.
Reports any hazards or injuries immediately and takes corrective action.
Inventory and Equipment Management
Maintains and organizes the maintenance shop and storage areas.
Oversees inventory of parts, tools, and supplies; ensures timely ordering to avoid delays.
Manages maintenance budget and tracks expenses for repairs, parts, and equipment.
Ensures all operating equipment is in working condition through regular checks and maintenance logs.
Administrative and Communication
Keeps the General Manager informed of significant maintenance issues, project status, and potential safety or budget concerns.
Maintains maintenance logs, work orders, and preventative maintenance records.
Assists with capital planning by providing input on equipment replacement, property improvement projects, and vendor quotes.
Attends required meetings and training to remain current on industry practices and Sunridge standards.
Professional Conduct
Adheres to hotel attendance, grooming, and dress code policies.
Promotes a cooperative and harmonious work environment among all departments.
Projects a favorable image of Sunridge Hotels at all times through professionalism and leadership.
Performs additional duties as assigned by the General Manager.

Lube Technician
, you should have strong mechanical skills and adhere to all safety procedures and practices. Ultimately, an outstanding lube technician should be able to communicate effectively with operators and demonstrate excellent time management skills and be a self-starter.
Responsibilities:
This technician will perform required equipment lubrication and maintenance operations at our job sites and in our yard.
Inspects equipment in a professional manner.
Make recommendations for additional servicing based on initial vehicle inspections.
Help to plan and control lube and preventative maintenance jobs.
Maintains the assigned lube truck and ensures oil tanks are topped with oil and emptied of waste oil at the end of each shift.
Writes accurate and concise equipment condition reports.
Completes detailed work orders and accurately fills out oil samples.
Notifying the shop Manager when equipment maintenance or servicing cannot be completed within the scheduled timeframes.
Requirements:
Class B or Class A, CDL Required
21 years or older
Hours 12 pm to 10 pm
Valid driver's license and current CDL
Clean driving record for previous 5 years
Proven experience in heavy mobile equipment maintenance and repair.
Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
Excellent time management, problem-solving skills, and detail-oriented.
Effective communication, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional planning skills.
Must also keep accurate records of all equipment supported & reports shared with the shop Manager
Ability to work cooperatively and communicate effectively.
Dependable
Physical requirements: Lifting, Bending, Standing, Climbing, and able to work with your hands
