Position Overview:
The Senior Maintenance Technician plays a critical role at our Silver Springs manufacturing facility, responsible for working on a wide array of duties ranging from immediate equipment repair to preventative maintenance, as well as elements of our current plant rebuild. This Tech will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our daily operations and future growth of the plant.
Key Duties:
Lubricate and clean parts, equipment and machinery.
Inspect, service, repair and construct plan processing equipment, including structures, utilities, loaders, hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical and pressure vessel work throughout the plant.
Perform maintenance on all mobile equipment, including minor repair work.
Follow Preventative Maintenance Program established by the Company.
Utilize welding and fabrication tools to alter, repair and fabricate processing equipment on various materials with structural integrity.
Track inventory of serviceable parts required to maintain equipment and notify Lead.
Document and report maintenance work performed and advise of future requirements in a timely manner.
Assist with training new maintenance employees.
Participate and contribute to company safety programs.
Perform other related duties as assigned, including site cleanup.

Respond and attend to guest repair requests. Communicate with guests/customers to resolve maintenance issues with little to no supervision. Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication. Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines. Carry equipment (e.g., tools, radio). Identify, locate, and operate all shut-off valves for equipment. Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed.
