The Roof Technician is responsible for the repair and maintenance of all roof tops on property. * Must have the ability to maintain clean roof top areas. * Must be able to schedule work with vendors. * Have basic knowledge of working with hand and power tools, in establishing effective maintenance scheduling of all roof tops. * Must have the ability to work around electrical and water and gas feed lines. * Must maintain an orderly schedule of preventative maintenance throughout the property. * Must use all safety equipment as required. * Maintain constant awareness of safety problems and report unsafe conditions and exposure to shift supervisor immediately. * Attend and successfully complete all training courses and requirements. * Supports the company culture expectation on delivering 4 diamond service. * Adherence to all departmental and company policies, including but not limited to the code of conduct and the attendance and appearance policies. Qualifications: * High school diploma, GED, or trade school equivalent required. * At least 2 years of experience in the roofing trade preferred. * Have verbal and written effective communication in the English language.
