The Roofer works under the direction of the Roofing Foreman to perform tear-offs, roof installations, repairs, and clean-up tasks. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Roof Installation & Repairs Tear off existing roofing materials safely and efficiently. Install underlayment, shingles, flashing, and other roofing components. Assist with roof repairs as directed. Follow all installation procedures per manufacturer and code. Site Support & Prep Set up ladders, fall protection, and staging areas each day. Load/unload materials and move them around the site as needed. Keep work areas clean and organized. Ensure tools are handled safely and returned to storage daily. Team Collaboration Follow directions from the Foreman and work cooperatively with crew members.
