    JOB PURPOSE This position is responsible for upkeep and repair of company equipment, building maintenance, and some structural components. Assists Maintenance Supervisor with electrical repairs and projects, not requiring a licensed electrician. Assist on repairing lift and forklift equipment. Basic building maintenance and repair. Drives “heavy equipment” as necessary Performs preventative building maintenance, including painting, simple carpentry, and daily equipment inspections. Assists Used Parts department as necessary in moving, storing, arranging used parts or machinery. Builds, moves, or disassembles rack and storage area as needed. Designated as “lock out; tag out” qualified. QUALIFICATIONS AND CAPABILITIES To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
