Preventative Maintenance & Reliability: Plan and perform preventative maintenance on plant equipment to minimize unscheduled downtime and increase system reliability. Perform root cause analysis on equipment failures and take corrective action to prevent recurrence. Data Management & Reporting: Gather, analyze, and maintain technical data related to equipment performance and maintenance activities. Prepare detailed reports documenting modifications, repairs, and maintenance procedures. Use data to develop recommendations for improvements in machine performance and operational efficiency. Safety & Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities are performed in strict accordance with safety protocols, company policies, and OSHA regulations. Promote a safety-first culture and participate in safety audits and initiatives. Continuous Learning & Development: Continuously develop technical and leadership skills to stay at the forefront of industry trends and technologies. Take on progressively more complex projects and assignments, while also sharing knowledge with the team to enhance overall performance. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the Production Manager, Supervisors, Quality Technicians, and Engineers to ensure the seamless integration of maintenance activities into daily operations. Certifications/Additional Skills (Preferred): Certification in maintenance-related trades or advanced technical training is a plus.
