Qualifications:

Prior experience with high-and low-pressure compressors, chillers, water treatment, boilers is preferred
Strong technical knowledge of compressed air systems (pneumatics), electrical systems, hydraulics and water processing is preferred
Knowledge of bottling equipment, PM programs and SAP system preferred
Must have electrical knowledge of single and three phase power including the ability to diagnose and replace electric motors

Overview
The Maintenance Utility Employee is responsible for performing a various services associated with maintaining hanger, hanger equipment and company vehicles in a safe and operational working conditions.
Responsibilities
* Implements and maintains 5S practices in the hangar and surrounding ramp areas.
* Executes weekly/monthly/quarterly hangar facility inspections in accordance with GMM and standard practices.

Maintain quality assurance and inventory of supplies for restocking of kits and sub-kits.
Ensure kits and sub kits are delivered with no quality issues (missing parts or non-working parts) once delivered.
Review returned kit and sub-kit inventory to ensure all items are accounted for as outlined in inventory system
Complete visual and functional inspection to ensure all are in working condition.
Clean, reorganize, and perform defined testing on all returned kits and sub-kits
Must be able to utilize tooling systems in order to record inspections, restock and where applicable assign kits to specific jobs
Track precision/specialty tool serial numbers for asset and certification tracking

Working Conditions:
Frequently requires standing, lifting, walking, reaching, stooping, bending, smelling, listening, speaking, and seeing to perform the essential job duties. Work conditions vary, quitting time will vary based upon production needs, and flexibility is critical. Temperatures range from 30 to 110 degrees in processing departments. Exposure to potentially dangerous machinery and equipment are present in the plant. Potential electrical, mechanical, and chemical, hazards are also present. The noise level is high and constant. Floors are damp and slick. Must be able to bend, stoop, pull and lift up to 50 lbs., and to stand for long periods of time.
Education and Work Experience:

* Perform continuous inspection of the equipment to ensure correct operation and early diagnosis of problems
* Take a full part in diagnosis of production / quality problems and then implementing corrective action plans
* To cover for Production Technicians as and when required
* Work to continuously improve the systems, processes, and procedures in area of responsibility.
Skills & Competences:
* Technical Degree, preferred.
* Previous maintenance experience that demonstrates a high level of troubleshooting skills, electrical and mechanical with an emphasis on electrical
* Working knowledge of PLC (Siemens), and Drive programming and maintenance. Experience of robotics, extruders/injectors and other process machinery to include CNC is a plus.
* Capability to work on own initiative, autonomously where required and to take responsibility.
* Ability to work in a team environment, participating in continuous improvement activities using problem solving techniques.
