Mechanic - Auto / Diesel / Forklift Technician
Territory:
This position is based out of Crown's Las Vegas Branch location and will provide coverage to the surrounding areas.
Job Responsibilities:
* Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair Crown and all other makes of lift trucks.
* Perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer lift trucks.
* Maintain a service van and its inventory.
* Process paperwork after completion of each job.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Good mechanical and electrical aptitudes, knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and hydraulics and internal combustion engines, and the ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics.
* Good written/verbal communication and customer care skills.
* Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to safely operate lift trucks.
* Technical degree, previous lift truck repair, welding experience, and knowledge of various types of testing equipment preferred.

Plant Maintenance Engineer
The Plant Maintenance Engineer will be responsible to repair, maintain and optimize processing machinery from the boiler room to production floor equipment. Work Environment

As a **Maintenance Technician** **at our Moen Brand distribution center**, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliable operation of automated machinery, conveyor systems, robotics, and more. As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining an attractive, safe, and pleasing environment for residents is of the utmost importance in delivering service to the community. Your Responsibilities:
* With the direction of the Facilities Manager, completes assigned maintenance work orders/work logs ensuring that the work is done in a timely manner, per applicable standards and procedures.
* Community Standards duties include replacing light bulbs for homeowner requests and checking for trash receptacles on streets.
* Lifestyle duties include setup and tear down of event layouts; assisting in maintenance responsibilities for private rentals and association functions; and operating audio-visual systems.
* Ensures all property and equipment are in good working order and reports any issues found to the Facilities Manager.

* Sweep, vacuum, mop, wax, strip, and polish floors; vacuum and shampoo carpets as scheduled. Maintain documentation in an appropriate log.

* Move and arrange furniture and equipment and set up rooms for meetings as needed.
* Maintain common areas including but not limited to sweeping decks, power washing walkways, removing cobwebs, cleaning deck furniture, emptying and cleaning ashtrays, removing fallen yard debris, picking up garbage, and disposing of garbage at appropriate disposal sight.
* Operate a variety of hand and power tools which could include saws, drills, floor buffers, vacuums, carpet cleaners, power washers, and other tools used in building and ground maintenance.
Skills and Qualifications:
* One year of experience in janitorial or custodial work. Prior work experience as a maintenance technician is also considered.
* An ability to follow oral and written directions, keep accurate records, fill out logs and journals, and perform administrative operational functions.

Education and Experience:
