Visually inspect, test, diagnose, and troubleshoot faulty equipment.

About the Role
As the Fleet Maintenance Manager, you'll take ownership of approximately $7-8 million in company assets, including fleet vehicles, trailers, heavy equipment, and small-engine tools. Fleet Systems, Inventory & Cost Control (20%) Own Fleetio and ensure accurate documentation of repairs, preventative maintenance, parts usage, warranties, and asset histories. Manage inventory and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Operations Support & Collaboration (10%) Partner with Operations Managers to align repair priorities with production needs, communicate equipment readiness, and support seasonal planning.
Admin & Leadership Responsibilities (10%) Track KPIs, manage documentation, participate in leadership meetings, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

ROLE SUMMARY:
Dollar Shave Club is seeking a Warehouse MaintenanceSupervisor to oversee and optimize the performance of all on-site equipment and machinery. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and proper functioning of production machinery and components, as well as owning the site's preventative maintenance program. Some overtime and flexibility with business needs due to closures

**ROLE SUMMARY:**
Dollar Shave Club is seeking a Warehouse MaintenanceSupervisor to oversee and optimize the performance of all on-site equipment and machinery. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and proper functioning of production machinery and components, as well as owning the site's preventative maintenance program. You will troubleshoot machine and equipment issues as they arise, resolving them promptly to minimize operational downtime. Additionally, you will manage parts inventory, coordinate with vendors to ensure timely ordering and delivery of necessary parts, and be responsible for the training and development of the Machine Technician I.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on lift equipment jacks, chargers, and batteries
+ Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on all conveyors, bar code readers, labeler machines, sensors, photo eyes and weigh scales
+ Perform general building maintenance including dock overhead doors, construction repair, roll carts, floor repair and second level gates, doors, etc. Performs light plumbing maintenance on occasion
+ Monitor and accurately maintain spare parts inventory
+ Maintain all tools and equipment used for maintenance and repairs in good working order
+ Submit tool purchase requests to manager
+ Support automation to operate at its maximum efficiency ensuring delivery of contracted key performance indicators
+ Perform various carpentry assignments as needed
+ Ability to work at heights
+ Use personal vehicle to pick up parts, tools and equipment

Summary

Responsibilities and Duties:
* Manages the maintenance, repair, and safe operation of all commercial vehicles
* Understand and apply US DOT and OSHA regulations
* Coordinates work schedules for technicians and cleaners
* Tracks equipment for service and preventive maintenance using industry specific software
* Tracks and codes invoices
* Serves as on-call for mechanical emergencies and breakdowns
* Reviews work orders, assigns tasks to employees and verifies the quality of work performed by doing quality pm and repair audits
* Schedules work to be performed based on routine preventive maintenance inspections.
