Increase and maintain profitable sales by working with customers to identify and satisfy customer needs and hurts through the appropriate application of a sales process. Proactively target and establish relationships with prospects and vendor allies to meet sales objectives retain customers and position the company as the sole source provider of choice for their electrical services. Establish working relationships to address customer needs and hurts and discuss sales strategy within the company in the areas of marketing, technical support and operations. Provide feedback to the appropriate manager regarding market penetration, profitable revenue opportunities and customer issues. Develop and drive winning customer action plans to successful closure to meet company sales objectives. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of company's products and services, competition; customer's needs, requirements and business issues; industry trends. Prepare complete, clear, and concise reports, proposals, booking packages, and required company paperwork in a timely manner. Required Qualifications: 2+ years successful track record in sales Valid drivers license and insurable driving record Excellent communication skills: written and verbal Understanding of NEC, FFPA 70B, NFPA 70E and OSHA requirements. Proven ability to manage and communicate large amounts of information. Have a sufficient understanding of electrical systems to accurately appraise and inventory system components, evaluate general conditions, and recommend the best maintenance program. Recognize Designed Electrical Services opportunities and pass leads to appropriate personnel.
