Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on a Tenant Relation Program as it relates to maintenance. Assist in reviewing and updating general information guide for tenants as it relates to maintenance functions. Purchasing, ordering and inventory of stock within budgetary guidelines. Assist in Maintaining emergency response plan updated and current to ensure optimal execution and implementation when necessary. On-call support. Pick up all trash from the grounds, parking areas, and perimeters first thing each morning and throughout the day. Sweep around all dumpsters; including power washing quarterly. Sweep clubhouse entry, sidewalks and parking areas; including power washing quarterly. Clean Leasing offices Pick-up and clean around the pool area, empty trash cans, straighten and wipe down all pool furniture, hose down or sweep pool deck; including power washing quarterly, and scrub the sides of the pool. Note: you may have total responsibility for maintaining the pools. Empty all laundry room trash cans and clean all fluorescent light panels in the laundry rooms. Trash out vacant units. Replaces breezeway light bulbs. Controls and eliminates weeds. Assist maintenance technicians as needed under Lead Maintenance supervision. Paint curbs, stripe parking lot, and paint speed bumps; as needed. Keep all common area clean and free of clutter and debris; including mail box areas. Straighten all signs. Sweep sidewalks and apartments entries; power washing quarterly. Periodically, sweep the maintenance room floors and keep organized. Place notices and newsletters on resident doors.
