Collaborates with maintenance planner and production leaders to develop and implement maintenance schedules, ensuring timely and effective execution of task by Maintenance team. Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and procedures including: LOTO, QEW, Confined Space entry, Emergency Response, and general safety practices. Ensuring compliance with all applicable rules and regulations. Performance Management: Responsible for developing and maintaining a high-level Team Member morale and dedication to serving customers. Review, correct, and approve TM timecards through Jack Link's timekeeping tool to ensure Team Members are paid correctly for each pay-period. Participation in the development of SOPs and other training and instructional documentation. Ordering parts, tools, chemicals, and lubricants. Actual wage will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, and candidate skill set and experience.
