This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including general maintenance, repairs, and DC electrical projects, with a particular emphasis on carpentry work. The right individual will have experience with basic power tools and will be able to build simple wood pier pieces. The individual must have a good mechanical aptitude to be able to diagnose and perform repairs on boat lifts. Experience with basic hydraulic systems involving 12/24-volt controls is preferred but not necessary. You will be a key member of our team, ensuring the quality and functionality of our customers' piers and boat lifts. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and perform repairs various CNC machinery including lathes, mills, hobs and grinders. Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical issues in machines and equipment, specifically those electrical controls (Fanuc). Execute comprehensive repairs, preventative maintenance, and major overhauls at times to minimize production downtime.
