The Maintenance Worker will perform a wide variety of skilled and semi-skilled building maintenance, repair, and construction tasks in the mechanical, building, and electrical trades as assigned by the Buildings and Grounds supervisor. Major Responsibilities/Activities:

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in New York is $21.82-$32.72.

Responsible for the completion of all tasks with minimum supervision as directed by the Facility Coordinator.
