The Role
The selected individual will be required to repair and perform preventative maintenance on high voltage systems above 600 volts. Other duties include troubleshoot/repair electrical circuits, calibrate equipment, interpret schematics in a complex industrial setting, and perform preventative maintenance on Emergency Diesel Generators and associated control circuits.
In addition, the selected individual will troubleshoot/repair electrical circuits, calibrate equipment, and interpret schematics. Climb ladders and work on rooftops to access and service vents (residential, multi-unit, and commercial buildings).
Identify fire hazards, airflow issues, and code violations, and educate customers on solutions.
Recommend additional services where needed and close sales with confidence.
Maintain accurate records, complete invoices, and collect payments on-site as applicable.
Operate the company vehicle and maintain all tools, equipment, and safety gear.
Assist in keeping the companys vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, in good working order, and in working condition
Clearly define and describe the features and benefits of each product offering.
Requirements:
Must be fearless and able to work on rooftops and ladders.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., and work in crawl spaces or tight areas.
MUST have a valid Virginia drivers license with a clean driving record.
Ability to effectively communicate with clients, vendors, management, and team members.
Must be knowledgeable on how to effectively use technology, including providing a detailed prescription of the task performed
Prior experience or mechanical aptitude in HVAC, Electrical, home services, maintenance, or similar trades is a plus.
Sales-minded approach youre comfortable explaining services and recommending upgrades.

As a Repair & Service Technician, you'll be on the front lines delivering critical service and repair solutions to our customers. Key Responsibilities
