Position Summary: The Field Technician will travel to store locations to perform maintenance and service repairs on various types of commercial food service equipment. Candidate will work with dispatchers and team supervisors to manage workload to complete calls in timely manner. Responsibilities: • Repair and/or refurbish on equipment such as: frozen beverage, fountain soda coffee brewers, gas dispensing equipment, refrigerated cases, and other food service equipment. • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment such as frozen beverage units, fountain soda, coffee brewers, high speed ovens and other food service related equipment. • Responsible for managing parts inventory on their assigned service truck by conducting weekly cycle counts and periodic physical inventory. • Must be able to travel to several locations throughout the day and work independently the majority of the time. • Receive dispatches via email & phone, and works with dispatchers to ensure prioritization of work with the goal of maximizing equipment up-time. • Updates job status and notes via online work order management system, provides detailed resolution notes • Maintains truck inventory accuracy by performing weekly cycle counts and annual inventory. • Ensures service vehicle is maintained, clean, and well stocked with service parts. • Perform other job related duties as assigned by Department Manager Working Relationships: Internal Facilities Managers, dispatchers and parts department, to include Retail Store team members. This role will work within the Boston Metro area. This is the perfect role for someone who wants to be everywhere at oncemeasuring, verifying, coordinating, and ensuring that every kitchen and bathroom installation goes off without a hitch. Be the Eyes in the Field & Support Project Success - What you'll be doing: Perform on-site field visits to capture precise measurements for kitchen and bathroom cabinetry and countertops Act as the field verification specialist who catches layout issues before they become expensive problems Walk multiple job sites daily across multifamily properties, coordinating with property managers and maintenance teams Review field dimensions against approved drawings and flag discrepancies immediately Serve as the main point of contact for countertop and cabinet field verification Coordinate seamlessly between sales, project management, fabrication, and installation teams Capture detailed field documentation: photos from multiple angles, daily logs, existing conditions, and customer comments Submit all measurements and documentation to sales or project management within 24 hours Log hours, site notes, and images in Buildertrend to keep everyone informed Identify customer-driven changes and initiate the change order process before work proceeds Complete minor punch list items including doors, drawers, trim, hardware, and surface touch-ups Ensure final confirmation process is complete before handing off for ordering Maintain professional presence and safety protocols on all job sites Requirements: Experience & Skills we are looking for: 4+ years of construction field experience Strong knowledge of kitchen cabinets, countertops, and multifamily construction Ability to measure accurately to 1/16th inchprecision is everything Experience with design software (2020, AutoCAD, SketchUp) preferred Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and Buildertrend Self-directed professional who can juggle multiple projects and shift priorities Excellent communicator who keeps teams informed and aligned Customer service orientation with strong problem-solving skills Detail-obsessed individual who understands that small measurements make big differences Valid driver's license and clean driving record required This is a physical job and you'll need to: Comfortable walking multifamily buildings and apartment units daily Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ablet to bend, stoop, knee to gather accurate measurements Able to view, edit small text on computer and mobile devices Occasional lifting, climbing, and working on uneven surfaces Mobile and ready to visit multiple sites independently Valid driver's license and clear RMV required PM19 Compensation details: 25-30 Hourly Wage PI2c4ff2d4c2b8-31181-39314709

* One Time $8,500.00 Sign on Bonus* Schedule: 10am-6:30pm Under minimal supervision and following established procedures and methods, maintains inventory of complex, delicate endoscopic equipment and related component parts. Monitors and/or performs specialized cleaning and decontamination and inspects, assembles and prepares equipment for surgical cases. Key Responsibilities: * Ensures availability of sterile endoscopic equipment for surgeries, including retrieval, assembly, and specialized sterilization to meet surgical schedules. * Acts as a resource for operating endoscopic and audiovisual equipment; performs inspections, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting. * Coordinates equipment readiness for procedures by providing substitutions and responding to technical assistance requests. * Manages ordering and restocking of endoscopic supplies based on par levels, including receiving, verifying, and distributing inventory. * Oversees proper storage and rotation of supplies, ensuring labeling and packaging meet standards. * Maintains detailed records of inventory, purchasing, equipment repairs, and expenses; reconciles budget variances and supports budget planning. * Processes billing invoices and payment requisitions while addressing related inquiries and vendor issues. * Contributes to evaluation and implementation of new equipment and supplies; serves on relevant committees or project teams.
