Essential Duties and Functions/Responsibilities/Tasks:
Work under direction of the Facilities Manager and Director of Operations.
Inspect equipment daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly based on protocols
Maintain cleanliness of equipment
Lubricate equipment as necessary
Notify Chief Engineer if equipment is not working to specifications
Clean and organize engineering shop including spare parts shelves
Maintaining inventory of parts for routine maintenance as well as for corrective efforts by the plant Engineers
Perform quality checks on final products on machines to ensure machines are operating correctly
Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance
Electrical systems knowledge, ability to read schematics and use of voltmeter.
Work safely with high voltage (480v) and well as control voltage.
Trouble shooting skills to diagnose machinery problems.
Respond to breakdowns
Experience with pneumatic systems from generation to process use on machinery.
Diagnosing fault and troubleshooting equipment
Understanding of hydraulic components, flow, and pressure.
Repair machinery in accordance to manufacturer's specifications.
OSHA training

Job Responsibilities
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of heating, electrical, and air conditioning equipment along with suggesting improvements of these systems to management.
Identify and report more complex maintenance needs to management.
Assist in the management of facilities projects including budgeting, quoting and vendor management.
Identify and recommend building needs.
Maintain exterior of the property, including snow removal and general upkeep of the landscape.
Do minor carpentry, mechanical, and plumbing repairs.
Perform monthly inspection of building safety systems.
Operate, plan and purchase tools and equipment required to maintain and repair the facility.
Assemble, repair, maintain, and move furniture and related fittings and fixtures and assist in building layout planning.
Maintain appropriate records and reports.
Inspect facilities and grounds for safety and security.
Identify and report hazardous conditions and facility maintenance needs.
Serve as liaison with all facility vendors such as electrical, HVAC, and plumbing.
Perform other duties assigned.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
3+ years of facilities maintenance work experience
Basic math abilities
Deadline-driven with strong multi-tasking skills
Strong interpersonal, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to communicate effectively with multiple departments and stakeholders.
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office
Speak English clearly as well as read/comprehend instructions given in English.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $25.67 - $25.67 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law. Full-time Hourly Position ranging from $16.00-$19.00 DOE plus benefits.
Located in Albuquerque, NM. Working out of our Hotel Chaco.
Position Purpose: The Facilities Technician will perform a wide range of semi-skilled tasks to maintain, repair, construct, and remodel facilities and equipment such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, light equipment operation, carpentry, masonry, and painting.
Essential Duties and Functions/Responsibilities/Tasks:
Work under direction of the Facilities Manager/Supervisor.
Maintain a high level of positivity and professionalism with guests, team members, and external partners.
Respond to work orders and perform routine facilities maintenance.
Maintain facility equipment as indicated by the preventative maintenance plan.
Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions.
As directed, conduct regular building and facilities general maintenance including basic electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, tile, and landscaping.
Repairing and treating structures such as floors, sinks, showers, walls, windows, carpets, roofs, locks, and drains.
Ensure that all work activities conform to all safety, sanitation, and health regulations and policies.
May include maintenance of pools, spas, and hot tubs.
Other duties as assigned consistent with the functions of this position as needed at any of the properties.

Requirements
1 years of facilities maintenance or construction experience preferred.
Hospitality experience preferred.
Frequent walking, standing, climbing, lifting, stooping, or carrying of equipment and materials may be required; conditions could include outdoors, indoors, and confined spaces.
Ability to push/pull/lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
May be exposed to extreme or variant temperatures, high and precarious locations, moving mechanical parts, and vibrations.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including long hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must have current, unrestricted driver's license and be able to maintain company group insurance.
