Performs plumbing duties including responding to water system outages and diagnoses water loss problems, repairs leaks, pumps, pipes, and fixtures or related issues, and restores system functionality. Responsible for water system maintenance including monitoring leak location, testing wells, pumps, leak repair, and adding line replacements. Performs general carpentry work such as measuring, cutting, constructing, installing, repairing and modifying wood, composite, and wood substitute items where specific fit and accuracy are within allowable limits to produce a serviceable product. Perform tasks such as clearing brush, seeding and sodding, clearing timber, policing grounds, waste disposal, mowing, repairing damaged roadways, cleaning ditches and roof gutters, and assisting other trade positions. WHAT WE REQUIRE Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent Required Skills: Working knowledge of various crafts and trades and the skill to perform work involving maintenance and repair. Leadership & People Development * Serve as part of the Plant Leadership Team, under the direction of the Plant Manager, and contribute to strategic planning using the Engineer's Guide to Career Development. * Lead and develop maintenance personnel through coaching, performance management, and capability building (PMP, Objectives, IDP, career discussions). * Mentor and coach engineering personnel, including those not reporting directly to the role. * Assign work, evaluate performance, and ensure alignment with individual and team objectives. * Communicate technical priorities optimally across the plant. Documentation, Standards & Asset Management * Own and govern plant user documentation, ensuring it is current, accurate, and aligned with company standards. * Develop a regular revision schedule for technical documents and maintain the Facility Improvement Plan (FIP) with a 3-5 year horizon. * Ensure availability, operation, and life-cycle management of critical equipment and facilities; provide asset retirement recommendations. * Drive plant equipment standardization and secure approvals for modifications from the Platform Team. Safety, Compliance & Standards * Ensure full compliance with Clorox and regulatory requirements related to safety, security, health, and the environment-including maintenance practices, inspections, training, and record-keeping. * Actively partner with Operations to support safety programs, metrics, and continuous improvement. * Review and provide feedback on engineering work to ensure alignment to Clorox Engineering Standards and safety/regulatory requirements. We are driven by our vision of a world in which electricity is no longer a luxury good, and we are looking for talented, driven individuals to help us power the positive energy. * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is a plus. * Proven experience in Maintenance Engineering or a similar role. * Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse software. * Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks). * Excellent organizational and time management skills. * Effective communication and leadership abilities. * Attention to detail and accuracy. * Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards. * Troubleshooting plant equipment/ Continuous Improvement: * Support Maintenance in troubleshooting and coming up with repair recommendations. * Write Maintenance procedures. * Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings. * Implement best practices to enhance warehouse efficiency. * Stay updated on industry trends and technology to improve operations. * Inventory Management: * Select Spare parts based on criticality. * Maintain accurate inventory records through regular counts and reconciliation. * Monitor stock levels and reorder materials as needed to prevent stockouts. * Ensure proper storage and handling of goods to prevent damage or spoilage. * Order Processing/Procurement * Requests quotes/proposals to vendors as per current DOA guideline * Generates requisitions for Purchase Orders approvals by the Terminal Manager * Follow up on vendors to define lead times and ensure goods are received as per proposal timelines * Ordering parts/components * Receive and process incoming orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. * Prepare orders for shipment, including picking, packing, and labeling. * Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries. * Warehouse Organization: * Organize and optimize warehouse space for efficient storage and retrieval. * Implement safety procedures and guidelines for warehouse staff. * Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards. * Quality Control: * Inspect incoming and outgoing products for quality and accuracy. * Report and address any discrepancies or damaged goods. * Implement quality control measures as necessary. * Documentation and Reporting: * Maintain asset data in the company CMMS system. * Review repairs and advise on strategy. * Update the Preventative Maintenance plan and create detailed (inspection) task lists. * Update documentation (As-Built). * Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, receipts, and shipments. * Generate reports on warehouse activities, such as inventory levels, order status, and performance metrics. * Communicate inventory shortages or issues to management.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Responsible for keeping Central Office's common areas clean and in optimal condition at all times. TASKS AND ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Inspect internal and external areas daily, and will inform the immediate Supervisor of any damage. 2. Clean all areas daily in order to maintain a safe and appealing place for employees and visitors. 3.
